According to a new Medical research, increase in consumption of fibers foods reduces the fat accumulation in belly.

Objectives:
In a recent health article,It was revealed that 10-12 gm increase in fibrous food in daily diet might reduce 3.8% of daily fat of deep visceral belly of over 5 years.It is known to be more dangerous than fat of subcutaneous which is found near the skin. In addition, authors reported that increased moderate activity resulted in a 7.4% decrease in the accumulation of fat of visceral cavity over the same time.
Design:
it is proposed that fat of abdominal cavity is also associated with hypertension, blood lipid imbalances, insulin resistance, fatty liver disease, type II diabetes.While taking the fibrous foods may reduce the risks of these diseases.
